Mr Toad’s Wild Ride.

Hello Friends!

This weekend I saw the absolute best show i have ever seen in my entire 30 years on this planet. The Descendent with Hot Water Music. My two favorite bands on one stage, on the same night. I “moshed” like a 16 year old, and god damned is my poor old body paying for it today…

Unfortunately, I could not score any interviews, and thank god. I got to just let it all go and have one of the best times of my life. The weekend was full of great friends, real talk, and great music. This was one for the books, folks!

During the course of the weekend I was fortunate enough to meet many listeners, many of whom I have never met before. It was overwhelming and quite wonderful the feedback I received this mighty fine weekend. I can’t believe how well received these first few episodes have been.

If you like what you hear, please remember to “LIKE” us on Facebook and if you can, leave us a little love on our Itunes page. This helps boost the profile of the show and it gives PR agents and music managers a good idea of who our audience is.

I’ve built a STORE page on the website. I have some T-shirts on the way. These T-shirts are made by my great buddy CHAD PRICE and his company Wounded Heart Press. Chad Price is the sometimes lead singer of the Descendents side project ALL and one half of the lead singing duo of DRAG THE RIVER. His new Screen printing company does all the screen printing for The Descendents/All, Drag The River, Suburban Home Records, The Triple Nickel Tavern, and MORE! Check out his work and prices at:  http://www.woundedheartpress.com/

I’ve got a busy week coming up. I’m interviewing FRANK TURNER on Tuesday in Albuquerque (!!!!) and on Wednesday I’m going to harass Evan Dando of THE LEMONHEADS and try to score an interview with him if he is interested. Cross your fingers!

Thank you all for listening. Thank you for your feedback. Four episodes in, this is a wilder, more satisfying ride than I ever could have imagined. I would not trade this for the world.

xoxo
